  • Representing Sanitec in the EU General Court Resulting in Cartel Fine Reduction

    We successfully represented Sanitec Europe in its appeal before the General Court of the European Union in Luxembourg. The General Court reduced the fine jointly and severally imposed on Sanitec and certain of its subsidiaries by approximately €7.1 million.

  • DuPont successful $7bn public tender to acquire Danisco

    We advised E.I. du Pont de Nemours (DuPont) on the European Union and worldwide merger control filings in its successful US$ 6.6 billion public tender offer on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange for the entire issued share capital in Danisco A.S. The transaction will combine DuPont’s activities focused on chemicals and biotechnology with Danisco’s food ingredient and industrial enzyme expertise and create an industry leader in industrial biosciences and nutrition and health.
