From 25 to 31 May, the Province of West Flanders and the Flanders-China Chamber of Commerce (FCCC) jointly organised an innovation mission to China, led by Governor Carl Decaluwé — marking 25 years of partnership between West Flanders and Zhejiang Province. Moderated by Prof. Rudy Aernoudt, the mission brought together over 40 participants from the business and education sectors to explore China’s fast-evolving innovation ecosystem. Flanders-China Chamber of Commerce was represented by Philippe LATOUR, Chairman, and Gwenn Sonck (宋惠安) Sonck, Executive Director. ?? In addition to visits to innovative Chinese companies — which proved to be a true eye-opener for the participating business leaders — the FCCC also organised an insightful seminar in Shanghai on navigating China’s evolving business landscape.
